Such a nice place. So clean, and pretty inside. I love the little dementia home, called Woodside Place. There needs to be more places like this around. I love that this place gives the resident with dementia/altzheimers freedom, in a safe and secure environment. The quality of life is so much better here! If I ever end up with altzheimers disease, this is where I want to be.

This facility use to be a premier facility in the area. The care and cleanliness of the facility has deteriorated rapidly. The staff has great turn over and is always short staffed. I noticed while my aunt was there that there were an unusually high number of falls of the residents. They write this off as "dementia pts fall", but really patients who are not cared for fall- a lot. My aunt was not supervised and fell off the toilet resulting in her death. DO NOT RX this facility.

Nice facility things appear big and roomy my mothers room is nice, you can set them up however you wish within reason. I was not included with her arrangements for this place and I think she was admitted way too early however she is where she needs to be now. Staff are very nice from what I've encountered, meals are sufficient, the entire facility of the Presbyterian Home and all levels of care are well run and residents are well cared for. Unfortunately this is the 3rd family member we've had there my grandma, my uncle and my mom = Mother and two of her children stricken with Alzheimer's ? God Bless them All Parking is ample, handicapped parking and ramp onto sidewalk at entrance.
