The Center Director of AD seems very egotistical, manipulating and does not show sympathy or concerns towards others. I suppose working at a facility like this you keep everything professional but I reckon that to be contradicting to what she perceives. Actions speak louder than words. The tendency of her attitude is impertinent. I believe Corporate should take more lead way and control of what's actually going on in the center. Hiring better Center Directors that is welcoming and not self absorbed when something doesn't go their way. Enhance and improve technology, staffing and make Active Day a Welcoming Facility.

With the presence of the new director, the work place is very appalling. The new director is making multiple changes and the consistency of this job is outrageous. This is so unprofessional for a work business & atmosphere. The staff members portray despondent body language throughout the day. When clients are present, staff members depict an joyous and enthusiastic environment. Innumerable changes have been constructed, not in a good/ethical way. With the high standards of this workplace and the little pay under no circumstances should anyone be treated like this. I do applaud the managers and staff members that are bringing joyous, personality and positive/ cooperative energy and putting in the work, time and effort to cater to the clients needs. Active Day can do much better with hiring center directors that knows what they are doing and treating other the way they would want to be treated

AD Randallstown is declining tremendously. It seems as though over the past months the company is loosing its touch. This Facility is exceedingly diverse and very admirable upon entering, but the clients aren't as cheerful and active as they were before and the workers seem pressured but they present a smile to cover up the workload that has impounded them. The energy and productivity is diminishing. I believe the root cause of this Chaos starts from the discrimination upon the Center Director of AD Randallstown position and it is effecting the facility in a big + negative way. It illustrates as though they do not take responsibility and fix problems but yet adds to them. What will it take for corporate to step in and fix things? Corporate can do a better job with hiring Center Directors that take the leadership role(s) serious and does not cause tension, value its people & kind, and listen to clients & workers, instead of being Self-Centered, Trigger Chaos, Unappreciative and Uncaring.

When the activities are scheduled there's always a problem with taking a group out and the van driver's are never on time picking you up and taking you home and there are a lot of people that steal and beg you for your things. But miss t is grate and mr. George is a grate nurse miss George a is cool as well. But I would not go back and I would not let anyone I love come to this day care.
