I went there for a job interview. I was given their address via email. When I got there, the receptionist told me that I needed to go to their other location. He told me that it was right down the street, but it was around 10 miles away. When I arrived at the other location, I was asked to wait. While I was waiting, I received an email saying that they decided to go with someone else for the position. Then they proceeded to give me a tour of the facility and introduce me to the workers and the people they work with. After the tour, they had me there for over an hour filling out paperwork yet they had already emailed me saying NO! I felt that the way they dealt with me was rude, unethical and very unprofessional. I was more than qualified for the position since I had 20 years of experience doing what they required. The facility smelled like caca, vomit and urine and the reception office was cluttered and disorderly.

A partial inclusion Day program for Adults with Developmental Disabilities whose mission is to bring fulfillment in life through enriching life skills and fostering positive relationships. Very few places have felt like home compared to this day program. Having a work history here, I can tell you that employment here is a Rich and growing experience and the members (clients) are some of the most wonderful humans you may ever have the pleasure of interacting with.

I had worked for Injoy for almost a year and a half. There is no place I've been so honored to be apart of. InJoy believes in growing, not only our members, but the staff as well! How can you help someone else excel when you're staying stagnant. InJoy is truly a community. A home. It is family! The love and support people have for one another is unparalleled when compared to other programs.
